By accessing or using the HSR website, Minecraft server, APIs, plugins, or any related services (collectively, "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use or apply.
You must be a student or alumni of an HSR-recognized school (these can be found on the apply page) and at least in 7th Grade. You also must meet the age requirements for Discord. Submitting false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms.
You agree not to tamper with server files, modify plugins, disrupt gameplay, or exploit bugs. Any misuse will result in permanent ban and possible legal action.
All world data, plugins, and other assets are the property of HSR or its licensors. You may capture and share HSR gameplay screenshots or videos (e.g., on YouTube) for non-commercial purposes, provided you clearly credit "HSREALM" and any other rights holders whose content appears. Any other reproduction, modification, monetisation, or distribution requires prior written permission.
Builds, Plugins, Suggestions & More
If you create, submit, or make available any content in connection with HSR (including builds, schematics, designs, text, screenshots, feedback, ideas, or plugin/code contributions) ("User Content"), you retain any rights you may have in your User Content. However, you grant HSR a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, perform, distribute, and create derivative works from your User Content for the purpose of operating, improving, moderating, and promoting the Services (including featuring it in-game, on our website, and in announcements).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree not to bring claims against HSR arising from HSR's use of User Content within the scope of this license.
You must not reverse-engineer, bulk-scrape, or attempt unauthorised access to any HSR service, nor engage in activity that disrupts or places an unreasonable load on the platform.
To process your application and maintain your account, we collect and store the information you provide in your application, as well as technical data including your IP address. This data is processed in accordance with our privacy practices and is used solely for account management and service provision purposes.
HSR is provided "as is." We are not responsible for data loss, downtime, or any damages arising from your use of the Services. This includes any harm inflicted from the Minecraft server and Discord server.
